We at The Monarch Boutique appreciate your business and hope you love everything you’ve purchased. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we will be happy to take the items back within 14 days of you receiving your order. Here are a few things to keep in mind…
- All eligible returns are for store credit only. NO REFUNDS will be issued. Store credit will be issued for purchase amount minus shipping costs.
- For online orders, please be sure to fill out the RETURN FORM that was included in your order and fill it out completely! You must include this form in your return package. If you do not have this form, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, order number and the reason for your return inside your package.
- All jewelry, bags, accessories, and sale items are FINAL SALE. Absolutely no returns will be accepted.
- All clothing must be free of make-up, deodorant, lipstick, and perfumes. It must be unworn and unwashed and have The Monarch Boutique and designer tags attached.
- If for some reason you receive a defective item or a different item than you ordered you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email us the details at email@example.com.
- Shoes must be in their original box and shipped back to us in a shipping box. Do not use the shoebox as your shipping box! If shoebox is damaged, your return will not be accepted.
- Please return your items using the shipping carrier of your choice. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you get a tracking number and insure your return package. The Monarch Boutique is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
When will my return be processed?
Please allow 4-5 business days from the day we receive your items to process your return. Allow extra time for holidays.
You will receive your store credit via email once we have inspected and approved your returned items. Store credits do not expire!

Because we choose to purchase small quantities from our designers in order to give our customers unique items that not everyone has, we cannot guarantee the item(s) you purchased will still be in our inventory. Therefore, we are happy to issue a store credit for item(s) that are returned using our Return Policy guidelines.
If you see the item/size you want on our website please go ahead and purchase it. You can send back the unwanted item(s) for store credit. Before you do so, please be sure the item(s) you want to return meet all our Return Policy guidelines.
Refused or Undeliverable order Policy
If for any reason you refuse delivery of your order or the package comes back to us “undeliverable”, you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
